The Coaches Academy is an exclusive program for dance and sports coaches of Move Forward and other Nike Community Partners. Every month, we come together at the Nike European Headquarters in the Netherlands to create an inspiring space where coaches can learn, connect and take their skills to the next level.

Our Academy Days are all about learning, sharing and evolving. Coaches gain fresh insights that add more meaning to the way they coach and help make their sessions more inclusive for specific target groups. Each gathering brings together an uplifting community of passionate coaches who exchange experiences, inspire one another and leave energized. To make every Academy Day unforgettable, we invite top athletes and guest trainers to share their knowledge, stories and tips from the field.

Through our Field Experience Days, coaches get the chance to put what they have learned into practice during the community projects organized by Move Forward and other Nike Community Partners. It’s where knowledge meets action and where things will click.
